3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our booking platform or by contacting us directly.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location
• Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service
• Disclose any known pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitivities

6. Limitation of Liability

DA1MAMBA Professional Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that are discovered or become apparent during the detailing process. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work with you to make it right. Concerns raised after this window may not be eligible for a re-service.
